About: Hall & Tucker, LLC is a diverse law firm that is committed to assisting you with all of your legal needs. Established in January of 2003, we are a small but experienced law firm consisting of two lawyers with well over forty years of legal experience.
It is our goal to assist our clients with all of their legal needs. We understand that the client comes first. No amount of money will satisfy an injured party for the losses they suffer in an accident, but the law only allows for this type of recovery in most circumstances.
Our firm's knowledge and experience will assist you in working through the legal maze and through a trial, if necessary, to see that your legal rights are protected.

ATTORNEYS
Attorneys: We currently have two attorneys who practice in various areas of the law. Our practice is primarily in the State of Alabama.
Don L. Hall (far left) is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and primarily focuses on civil litigation. He has been practicing law for over seventeen years. His cases include personal injury, automobile accidents, worker's compensation, products liability and wrongful death.
Tommy Tucker (immediate left) is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law and is a former U.S. Attorney and Assistant District Attorney. He has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. His practice primarily focuses on criminal defense and divorce.
